There are times in life when we all get stuck. We may repeat patterns of behaviour we know are not good for us (over eating, for example, or smoking, a habit that seems impossible to break with willpower alone). Or perhaps those negative patterns are emotional, leading to stress and anxiety or feelings of being inadequate, under confident and unable to cope.
Sometimes we think these behaviours are just who we are, and all we can do is learn to live with whatever is making us unhappy or holding us back. These limiting beliefs become part of us, and in some cases even define us, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
